Simultaneous Sinus Lift & Implant Surgery

Simultaneous Sinus Lift & Implant Surgery is a procedure that recaptures bone height in the posterior maxillla (upper jaw) in conjunction with immediate placement of a dental implant.  There is a small bony window that is established allowing the doctor to detach and elevate the Sinus.  A bone graft is then placed in the area and dental implant is placed immediately.  Over the next six months, the bone graft and dental implant will integrate resulting with adequate bone height and posterior function of the dental implant.
